If you find that any items of your order are damaged or faulty on delivery please contact one of our team who will organise a replacement that will be delivered the next working day at no extra cost to you or a full refund. If you have ordered the wrong item and would like an alternative, you have 14 days to return your purchase from the date of ordering. A 20%+VAT (of original order item) restocking fee and £10+VAT courier collection fee may be issued unless otherwise agreed in writing by OneStopStationery.co.uk. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with tabs and protective labels intact. In rare cases of faulty cartridges a return of the cartridge is required before the replacement is sent out (cartridges costing £100.00 ex VAT or more).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its condition. If your return is approved, we will action a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days.
The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the item using a delivery service that uses proof of delivery and that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
If you return a product without adherence to this policy no refund will be issued. We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional costs for the re-delivery of the returned item.
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping/return delivery costs if your item is found to have no fault however please contact one of our team who will be happy to clarify your terms of account.
